Soft-centred with lightly crisp edges, these sourdough cookies are made with rich browned butter and loaded with Whittaker’s Creamy Milk and 50% Dark chocolate. A touch of sourdough adds depth, giving the perfect balance of crisp, chewy and chocolatey, finished with flaky sea salt on top.
Made fresh in small batches. As these are handmade, size, shape and chocolate distribution may vary. Baked fresh to order. 55g wet dough each.
