A sandwich sized traditional sourdough loaf made with minimal ingredients. Naturally fermented over 24+ hours for a complex, tangy flavour with a golden, crackling crust and a soft, open crumb inside.Β 

Min 780g wet dough, approx 630g baked. As these are handmade in small batches the crust will vary. Baked fresh to order.

Ingredients: wheat flour (folic acid), water, rice flour, iodised salt.

This is my second purchase of the sourdough sandwich loaf and it's simply amazing! The loaves are beautifully presented, crusty on the outside, and soft and fluffy on the inside. Between myself and two children, we almost devoured a large sourdough on the first day, it tasted so good! Such good value for money, and nice to know that we're eating something clean, unprocessed, not to mention tastier and better for us than store-bought factory made bread.
